We are looking for volunteers to expand our media team so we can let the wider community know more about the fun and adventure of Scouting!
As a volunteer you will work as part of a team of volunteers that support our media side of things. You can get involved with supporting our social media channels, doing photography or videos at events, writing up press releases & good news stories or supporting with our website.
These roles are flexible and you can bring your skills & interests to really help make a different with Norfolk Scouts.
As part of the volunteer role, we offer some simple and easy to do (on your mobile/laptop) learning, as well as a free DBS check. There is also discount at a major outdoor brand too.
Volunteering is not only good for the young people and our local community but it also improves your wellbeing, gives you skills for the future, and helps you make new friends (and memories). It gives you a chance to do something different while making a difference, and is great for personal development.
