We are looking for a Volunteer Trustee Chair to help provide strategic leadership and governance support for our Central Norfolk Scouts District.
As a Volunteer Trustee Chair you will work with and lead a team of volunteer trustees alongside the District Lead Volunteer to support Scouting across Central Norfolk.
Some of the types of skills we need applicants to have include:
Governance and Strategy
Great Communication Skills and Emotional Intelligence
Management, Planning and Delivery
Organisation, Administration and Time Management

This role would involve a number of meetings throughout the year, and some tasks in between meetings which can be done at a time to suit you.
You don't need experience of Scouting to join as a Trustee as we are looking for a wide range of skills and experiences within our teams. As part of the role we ask volunteers to undertake a DBS check (paid for by us) and we offer some simple e-learning training to help set you up for success.
