Summary

We are looking for volunteers to expand our team so we can offer fun and adventure for more young people aged 6-8 years old in the Freethorpe area of Norfolk.

Detailed description

As a volunteer you will work as part of a team of volunteers to support our Beaver Scouts section for boys & girls aged 6 - 8 years old.

We meet regularly on a Thursday evening and the odd activity/adventure at weekends. We are totally flexible so if you cant make every meeting don't worry.

You don't need skills or training to get involved in Scouting. But we do offer some simple and easy to do (on your mobile/laptop) learning, as well as a free DBS check and first aid training provided by us. There is also discount at a major outdoor brand too.

Volunteering is not only good for the young people and our local community but it also improves your wellbeing, gives you skills for the future, and helps you make new friends (and memories).

Take the first step and reach out today as we need you, find out more by getting in touch.
