Supporting people with dementia through companionship, activities and person-centred care, promoting dignity, wellbeing and social inclusion.
Provided compassionate support to people living with dementia in a day care setting, helping to create a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment. Assisted with social activities, encouraged independence where possible, offered companionship, and supported individuals with their daily needs while promoting dignity, wellbeing, and inclusion. Worked alongside staff and volunteers to deliver person-centred care and meaningful experiences for attendees.
