Do you have 2/3 spare hours a month? Would you like to help at monthly group meeting and make a real difference to Parkinson,s community?
The North Walsham & Alysham Support Group is a core part of the local Parkinson's community. Joining as volunteer means you will be making a real difference to your local area.
The group is looking for several volunteers to help with the following tasks:
Admin - Maintain and update membership lists. Send email reminders and share relevant information.
Marketing and Publicity - working alongside admin prepare and distribute leaflets and posters in local area. Prepare a group newsletter
Fundraising - research and organise local fundraising opportunities. Attend local events and organise activities like tin collections - all with the support of the group volunteer team.
These roles are flexible, and can be tweaked to suit the time you have to give. Our staff and existing volunteers will be there to support you every step of the way.
