Norfolk and Waveney Community Support Service supports people in the local community who have had recent hospital stays or who are at risk of imminent admission to hospital.
Volunteers can help people adjust by providing company, a bit of help around the house, help to get essentials, help with walking the dog and more! The roles are varied and volunteers can pick the activities that suit them most. Support is short term and often only takes an hour a day once or twice a week! you can pick and choose what suits you and . the time you have.
