Summary
Event Stewards to support at all sorts of exciting creative events and activities, guiding and informing the public, setting up, and keeping people safe.
Detailed description
Freshly Greated works closely in and with people living in neighbourhoods in the most socio-economically deprived areas of Great Yarmouth and Gorleston, mostly Cobholm, Southtown, Barrack Estate and the Mag Estate.
By working collaboratively, they enables people to lead and influence creative activities for their communities . This ensures activities are relevant, fun and reach an audience that does not usually engage and increases participation in the arts among groups of people who are currently least likely to get involved as either audiences or creators.
Being an Event Steward, you will help with delivering this exciting mission. You'll also take part in interesting creative events and meet a whole host of different people from different backgrounds.
You'll be provided with all the support and guidance you need and on larger events, refreshments are provided for volunteers.
