We focus on supporting individuals who:
- Are economically inactive or employed but seeking to retrain or up skill
- Need assistance transitioning into or sustaining employment
- Aim to improve their current work situation
- Want access to basic skills or maths courses
- Are interested in taking up a range of volunteering opportunities
Our volunteering roles span gardening, retail, customer service, and maintenance, with over 50 opportunities available through local organisations. With more than 1,500 residents already engaged, we are committed to matching individuals with the right volunteering and skills opportunities to help them realise their ambitions and improve their wellbeing through a holistic resident-led approach.
