St Georges Theatre require a 'Clean up Crew' of volunteers on a Monday between 11AM - 2PM on a weekly basis.
St. George’s Theatre Trust manages the theatre, plaza, and cafe bar in Great Yarmouth’s historic King Street district. We have a small professional team, assisted by a passionate and friendly army of volunteers who give up their time to work front of house, behind the bar and backstage. We are a charity and are enormously grateful for the generous support of our sponsors and funders, including Great Yarmouth Borough Council, Norfolk County Council, Arts Council England and the Norwich Freemen’s Charity.
Clean Up Crew duties
- Moving furniture and staging from a previous show
- Supporting the team to move backdrops
- Sweeping
- Cleaning glasses and cups from previous show
- Handing out 'What's On Guides' in the town
- Using basic tools around the theatre
- Most importantly, working as part of a team
