Join us as a volunteer, for a day of community, connection, wellbeing and family fun at Caister playing field.
The free event will feature wellbeing and support, family fun activities, healthy living and community connections.
We are in need of volunteers for our event, there shall be various tasks & opportunities;
Event support:
- Vehicle management, helping stallholders arrive safely, unload, set up, and then direct them to park in the Rabbit Hutch car park.
- Set-up team members to help prepare the event before opening.
- Pack-down team members to assist with clearing and tidying the site after the event.
- General event support volunteers to help keep activities looking presentable and organised throughout the day.
- Event guides and signposting volunteers to help visitors find activities, services, and facilities around the site.
We will have designated Set-Up and Pack-Down Managers in place to coordinate volunteers and guide them where they are needed, so no one will be left wondering what to do.
