Event Marshalling for East Anglian Air Ambulance 2026 Norfolk Trek

Join us as a Volunteer Marshal for the East Anglian Air Ambulance Trek 24 to support our lifesaving service at the Sandringham Estate on 6 June 2026.

The stunning Sandringham Estate will host the East Anglian Air Ambulance Trek on 6 June 2026, and we’d love for you to be part of it! With various volunteer shifts available throughout the day, there’s a role to suit everyone.

Past volunteers often tell us that Trek 24 is one of their favourite days of the year, and we’re hoping to make 2026 the best event yet.

🌟 Why We Need You

This year we’re welcoming even more incredible supporters taking on the 24-mile and 24km challenges, and we’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make their experience unforgettable.

As a volunteer marshal, you’ll be one of the friendly faces that motivates and supports our trekkers, from the very start to the finish. Your role might include:

• Greeting trekkers at registration
• Handing out refreshments at rest stops
• Offering encouragement (the smiles really matter!)
• Pointing people in the right direction
• Cheering participants across the finish line
• Awarding those all‑important medals

There truly is a role for everyone, and you can help create an unforgettable atmosphere.

🕒 Volunteer Shifts

Choose one shift—or stay for the whole day!

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 10:00
• Day shift: 10:00 – 18:00
• Afternoon shift: 13:00 – 20:00

We want you to have an amazing volunteer experience at Trek 24. We will:

• Stay in touch beforehand so you know exactly what to expect
• Provide a full briefing when you arrive
• Make sure you’re well looked after
