Norfolk Volunteer Passport
Voluntary Norfolk and Adult Learning have partnered to deliver The Norfolk Volunteer Passport programme. This training programme helps volunteers gain foundational knowledge to support their volunteering journey.
The Volunteer Passport programme includes five core training modules provided by Norfolk Adult Learning in:

- Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
- Health and Safety
- Safeguarding Adults and Children
- Person-centred working
These modules are delivered via courses both online and face to face.
How are courses delivered? Courses are delivered over 5 days - one day per week over 5 weeks, 3 hours per session. Deliveries are either face to face or via Microsoft Teams - A computer or laptop with a camera and microphone is required for online sessions.
Times vary to make this as accessible as possible. However, if you cannot make any of the available sessions listed below please do let us know, we can then look at arranging more sessions.
Once you have completed the course we will support you to use the Get InVOLved Norfolk volunteer recruitment platform and our training platform Get InVOLved Skills to upload your certificate to your profile and log other training and volunteering hours to support your volunteer applications.
