Volunteer Trustees King's Lynn Samaritans. We are looking for a Treasurer and a Secretary.

VOLUNTEER TRUSTEES

 

KING’S LYNN SAMARITANS has openings for the following trustee roles in a small, motivated and friendly team providing key support to this charity:

 

BRANCH SECRETARY – this role covers governance, organisation of meetings and attending same, records and legal matters, and is a key administration role within the charity. You will need to be a detailed person with some experience in these areas and comfortable working with IT.

 

TREASURER – this role covers keeping all financial records including liaising with auditors on year-end accounts, periodic reports to the trustees, attending meetings. Previous experience in book-keeping is essential as is familiarity with Excel.

 

Both roles will have a good period of handover and the volunteers leaving these roles will still be within the charity, transferring to other management roles.
