Become a part of the Norwich Samaritans fundraising team, attending events to collect funds and raise awareness of Norwich Samaritans.
A fun and informal way to meet like-minded people in the Norwich Samaritans team, engage with the public and promote the invaluable service that Samaritans Listeners provide.
The fundraising team operate in different locations around Norfolk and Norwich armed with useful information, a collection bucket and a warm smile.
Norwich Samaritans have been supporting Norwich and central Norfolk for 60 years.
Every year, our 180 volunteers give over 20,000 hours to support those struggling to cope.
In 2023, we:
- took 30,000 calls for help, spending over 8,000 hours on the phone
- replied to 1,600 emails
- took 1,500 online chats
