We offer an exciting program of writing talks and workshops for our members. We are looking for a Secretary for our Committee and to help organise documents.
We are looking for an experienced committee Secretary to organise Agendas, Minutes, and information documents for speakers and judges. Also, the compilation of a new Organisation manual. The successful applicant will be located locally, as they will need to attend meetings.
They must enjoy working as part team alongside the Chair and Committee and will need to join our WhatsApp group and attend 2 monthly Tuesday evening in-person or Zoom meetings.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with a committee.
All our volunteers can join the activities and competitions of our group, for which there is usually an annual fee, but it will be complimentary for the first year for volunteers from external sources.
