An important role for a skilful administrator to assist the CEO in the professional delivery of the charity’s exciting programmes.Detailed description
Premier Foundation uses the power of physical activity as a vehicle to make a real difference to the health and wellbeing of young people, to actively change their lives in developing skills and nurturing aspirations. As the charity increases the number of projects for young people, the Operations Manager must keep overall control of its many functions by overseeing, and liaising with the teams, and working closely with the CEO.
This role requires experience in administration, and project management.
Qualities of leadership, and collaborative working, initiative and resourcefulness in problem-solving are essential.
You should have excellent communication and organisational skills, as you will be maintaining an overview of all projects on behalf of the CEO who will occasionally need the Operations Manager to take over some of her responsibilities.
You will be the point of contact for all volunteers.
