So... is a young Charity and is now progressing to a more formal stage and requires people with responsibility to help it carry on forward.
So... helps people who have been diagnosed with Early Onset Dementia, these people once diagnosed receive no help or care from the NHS and are left to try and help themselves. This can only be done with help from others and this is where So... comes to the front with support groups. This is an opportunity to use your life skills and get that great feeling of self worth as you help others. Other areas of work within the charity are safeguarding, promotional materials, signposting members to other organisations etc.
Eventually this position might lead to a Trustee roll.
