About Tend Collective Community Interest Company
Tend Collective Community Interest Company is a Norfolk-based social enterprise focused on strengthening the relationships around children to support mental health and emotional wellbeing.
We work with adults - parents, carers, educators, professionals and organisations - because children’s mental health is shaped by the quality of the relationships and systems around them. Our approach is preventative, relational and attachment-informed, aiming to reduce the need for crisis responses by building healthier environments early on.
Tend was established in February 2025 to work across education, community and VCSE settings, offering facilitation, training, reflective spaces and partnership work. We collaborate with other organisations and systems to complement existing provision, address gaps, and contribute to a more connected and responsive local mental health landscape.
Our long-term aim is to help create communities where children’s mental health is fostered through strong relationships, thoughtful systems and shared responsibility.
