Creative role shaping how we communicate our relationship-based ethos. Supporting community building and change in local mental health support.

Brand Development & Marketing Volunteer

Tend Collective Community Interest Company

Carrow House, 301 King Street Norwich

(flexible / remote-friendly)

We’re looking for someone to support the brand and marketing side of Tend Collective, a community interest company supporting the mental health of children and young people through attachment-based, relational care. We work with parents, caregivers, and professionals across health, social care and education, alongside therapeutic and community-based spaces like groups and play work. We do a lot, and want our message of relational mental health care to be clearer so people in Norfolk understand what we do and why it matters. We also care deeply about how things feel- our spaces are safe, warm and welcoming, and we know environment and aesthetics shape experience. We want our branding to reflect that same sense of care and connection.

This role would suit someone who enjoys shaping how a small organisation shows up in the world.

What this might look like:

  • Helping us clarify and develop our brand voice
  • Supporting with Instagram / social media content
  • Bringing consistency to how we communicate what we do
  • Helping people understand Tend more easily (without it feeling corporate or salesy)

We’re not looking for perfect or polished.

 We’re looking for someone who:

  • Gets people and relationships
  • Can translate values into words / visuals
  • Enjoys working alongside a small, thoughtful team
  • Likes the idea of using their skills in a way that has real impact

There’s lots of flexibility in how this role looks depending on your strengths and availability.

What you’ll get:

  • A chance to shape the voice and feel of a growing CIC
  • Creative input (it's our favourite kind!)
  • Experience in a purpose-led organisation
  • Being part of something that’s trying to do things differently in mental health
  • If it feels like a fit or you’re just curious, we invite you to get in touch

This is a flexible, voluntary role with scope to shape depending on your interests and availability. We'd love to consider developing this into a paid role as we grow.
