Summary

Use your web skills for good! Support Tend Collective CIC to refresh our site and build intuitive booking tools for our growing community.

Detailed description

Tend Collective Community Interest Company is looking for a skilled and friendly volunteer to help us take the next step in our digital journey.

We’re preparing to migrate our current website from IONOS to Squarespace, and we need someone who can guide and support this transition with confidence and care. If you have experience in website management, design, and user experience, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for someone who can:

  • Confidently migrate a website from IONOS to Squarespace
  • Ensure our email systems continue to run smoothly during and after the move
  • Support us to refresh the design of our site so it feels clear, welcoming, and user-friendly
  • Create and integrate booking forms and plug-ins to support:
  • Therapists booking therapy rooms
  • Parents exploring or booking groups
  • Professionals booking workshops and training
  • Help improve overall user flow and accessibility to meet the diverse needs of our community
  • Work collaboratively with our branding and marketing volunteer to ensure alignment across our online presence
  • We are open to this being a time-limited position or a longer-term role

About us

Tend Collective Community Interest Company works to improve mental health outcomes for children and young people by supporting the adults around them. A thoughtful, accessible online presence helps us reach and support the people who need us most.

What we can offer

While this is an unpaid volunteer role, you’ll be contributing directly to a warm, values-driven organisation with a community purpose. Hours will vary depending on need, and we are flexible and happy to work around your availability.

We’d love to work with someone who shares our collaborative approach and has an eye for intuitive, accessible design. If you’d like to support a small social enterprise making a meaningful impact, please get in touch.
