About Norfolk Citizens Advice

We offer free, confidential advice - whoever you are. We help people overcome their problems and campaign on big issues when their voices need to be heard. We value diversity, inclusion and champion equality and challenge discrimination and harassment. We're here for everyone in our local communities. We offer advice in Norwich, Gt Yarmouth, King's Lynn, Attleborough, Dereham, Holt and North Walsham. Volunteers are trained to advise on any issue including welfare benefits, money and credit problems, employment, housing, family and relationship issues. This is both face to face, on the telephone and via email.
