Detailed description

Our Retail centre in Gorleston receives many donations each day and these donations are processed and distributed among our shops.


We are looking for assistance on our vans, which deliver and distribute our donations throughout our shops in the area, this role does require a degree of manual handling, as donations come in all shapes and sizes!


We are also looking for volunteers to sort the donations.


The shifts available are:

  • Driver's mate: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8.30 - 12.30
  • Donation sorters: afternoons, 12 - 3pm

No previous experience is required, full training will be given.


St Elizabeth East Coast Hospice has a volunteer mileage/expenses policy which allows volunteers to claim expenses and mileage incurred whilst carrying out their role for the hospice.
