Volunteer Opportunity: Marketing, Branding & Website Support

Tend Collective Community Interest Company

Carrow House, 301 King Street Norwich


Tend Collective CIC is seeking a tech-savvy volunteer to support marketing, branding, and website projects. This role is ideal for someone with practical IT experience who wants to gain hands-on digital and marketing skills while supporting our mission. We value all expertise and contributions, trust our volunteers to perform their duties, and are guided by their insights. Together, we aim to communicate our cause to a wider audience through digital engagement.


About Tend Collective:

We foster and enhance children and young people's mental wellbeing by supporting the adults in their lives. Committed to system change, we aim to shift paradigms based on how children, young people, and adults truly develop, grow, and thrive.


What you’ll do:

  • Migrate our website from Ionos to Squarespace
  • Ensure email addresses remain functional and correctly configured
  • Support branding and marketing campaigns
  • Create and schedule social media content


What you’ll gain:

What we’re looking for:

  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Basic skills in digital tools, social media, or IT/admin work
  • Reliability and willingness to learn
  • A creative eye for design or content is a plus

  • Flexible hours - we’ll discuss what works best for you
  • Flexible location - some work at Carrow House, but working from home ok too
  • No handling of sensitive client data
  • Tasks agreed with a Director
  • Voluntary, unpaid role
