Summary

Supporting small groups of adults with disabilities to enjoy a private group gym session in Norwich

Detailed description

Joining our Fitness for Fun volunteer's team means supporting a monthly session in a local gym in Norwich where our host will lead a programme of activities for participants to join in, with you, and other volunteers supporting engagement.

We have two sessions (Gym and Energise) each of which takes place on one evening each month with the Gym session on a Thursday (normally the first Thursday of the month) and Energise, a dance and exercise class 9normally the second Tuesday of each month).

We can offer you training in better understanding the needs of our members, and safeguarding, and will offer you a refund of your travel expenses in supporting this activity.

You will also join a team of over 50 volunteers and have the opportunity to support any of the 250-300 activities that we offer throughout the year.

To find out more visit our website or give us a call for an informal discussion.
