About Thorpe Helping Hands

We are a mutual aid / support group based in Thorpe St Andrew, Norwich. We formed during the Covid pandemic, during which we ran a food bank at the Pilling Park centre aswell as offering practical and befriending support for isolated and vulnerable individuals in Thorpe St Andrew and Pillling Park/ Thorpe Hamlet areas. We also worked with local school families in receipt of Free School Meals. Today we continue to run befriending and other support work for residents in need in these areas. We are always looking for new general volunteers, support with admin and / or anyone who would like to help grow the group so we can do even more - so please get in touch if you'd like to join us :)
