About One to One Project

The One to One Project is a charity which provides free counselling of up to 24 weeks to individuals in West and North Norfolk wo are experiencing social/emotional/mental health difficulties. Counselling is accessed face to face at our premises in Kings Lynn, at our outreach hub in Fakenham or remotely via telephone or video link. The One to One Project also has a mentor befriending service which provides emotional support of up to 12 weeks, either in the clients home or out in the community. The Project also has a Creative Arts group and Community Group which is facilitated by a qualified counsellor and is open to previous and current clients of the Project, as well as being used as a tool to support clients who are on the counselling waiting list. The community group is also open to any applicant who does not wish to receive counselling but feels the community group would be able to provide the right level of therapeutic support they feel they would require.
