Summary
Support the hosting of Jimmy Cauty’s ESTATE and the MdZ ESTATE TOUR during its time in Great Yarmouth - open/ close up, create an engaging visitor experience.Detailed description
ESTATE is a dystopian model village experience, created by artist Jimmy Cauty, featuring four abandoned concrete tower blocks at 1:24 scale (approx 2 metres high) housed in a 40ft shipping container.
It located in the (dis)Pleasure Beach Gardens providing residents and visitors with an additional FREE attraction this summer.
It will be open daily 12 - 4 pm and later on some evenings (Wednesdays and Saturdays).
We are looking for people to get involved with the running of the exhibit. This requires the opening/ closing, switching on the installation and being present to welcome people through the display and control the immersive sound and light effects and sell merchandise.
Full induction training will be given.
This is a chance to experience the hosting of an ambitious and high-profile artist's work, You will gain experience in 'front of house' interactions with the general public, and some technical stuff as required.
Hours are very flexible.
