The Rota Coordinator will support our Rota team to managing and maintain our volunteer rota by ensuring adequate coverage of our listener shifts.
The Rota Coordinator will communicate with volunteers to address availability, resolve problems, and make adjustments to the rota as needed. This is a monitoring role varying on a day to day basis - being on hand to identify gaps in the rota, and communicate with the volunteer team to arrange rota cover. Due to the nature of this role it can be carried out remotely.
